An UPS is not a voltage regulator. To handle the voltage fluctuations you can use an avr. outlet===>avr---->UPS no UPS is designed for continuous operation as you seems you are looking more for an inverter: outlet----->battery charger----->battery---->inverter---->equipment not sure what you mean by 'clean, pure'

Just use l298 or any other motor driver ic and control it using any avr controller.... I don't think u'll need a motor driver with higher current
As Vdd is connected with 5V, not 12v in your schematic, its ok for logic level operation. Most probably 5V supply to avr and Vdd of IR2110 are common, its good. Your circuit should work. Set duty cycle of PWM correctly. Is your load connected between two common nodes of FETs

I don't see any problem with your connection so it must be your program or you have done something previously to damage either the avr pin or the transistor. Hi, If you're going to be using this with PIC/avr/8051 and planning to power only microcontroller, and not external components especially opamps, the -5v is not necessary. But if you're gonna use opamps, you might add that bit, although you can avoid it by running on single rail. Hope this helps. Tahmid.

well you didn't mention how many inputs or outputs ..But check .I have used their very inexpensive avr-IO 4 inputs 4 outputs ..
