hi all, i would like to do SAR simulation using CST. however, i couldnt find human body model in CST2015. they only have face model. does anyone come across this issue before?

Just a guess. I would suggest searching Autocad/3Dstudio/Lightwave/Softimage models in 3D CG groups. In 90s I've seen pretty detailed models of human head with parts in separate models. Actually, each semicon devices is tested with esd zapper up to 15KV. The human body model of ESD is 2KV. The really really actual reality is, no body cares about esd that much unless the instrument that he build is esd sensitive.

Hi! An ESD circuit must withstand 2kV of ESD using the human body model and 500V using the charged device model without damage. I wonder How can I simulate the ESD circuit to see if it works? Can Hspice simulation work? Thanks
A well-distributed near-field radiation can reduce the SAR. Sometimes (if the mechanical design allows this) increasing the distance between antenna and human body model (only 1mm or 2 mm) helps to pass SAR requirements.
