It's only 1.5% less. Relevant tolerances (widths, lengths, also from resistors) are often waved through by the LVS. Or you have voltage drops in the layout's power supply which aren't considered in schematic. Actually 18mW seems a bit high for an lna ... - or does this include several stages?
The s-parameters being a small signal analysis can be easily calculated using any spice by means of AC analysis. The question is - the mos model you are using for lna simulation is valid for RF range ? You can refer the application note to know how to calculate s-parameter using pspice -

Your initial assumption is wrong. lna respectively FET input impedance is never purely capacitive. You possibly want to review s-parameters of a real lna. lnas are typically used for applications related to their name Low Noise Amplifier. If low noise is an objective, impedance matching matters.

Dear All, I am working on differential lna and extracted parameters such as P1dB,IIP2 and IIP3,IIP5 using cadence PSS and PAC analysis, and i got IIP3=-15dBm,IIP5=33dBm and IIP2=-42dBm. am i getting correct results for IIP2 ? Thanks in advance.
What help you need? I would recommend to see DUBUS magazine where better designs were described in detail. I have used a low-cost MMIC from MIniCircuits, PMA series lnas, to get NF ~0.35 dB at 434 MHz, and ~18 dB gain. The PMA devices are directly matched to 50 Ohms i/o and need no special adjustment, operating at 5VDC, ~50 mA.

If a resistor have more reactive parasitics (as capacitance or inductance), there is a possibility the input match of the lna to move closer to gamma optimum, and get lower NF.
