You can use MMDS antenna reflector, they are cheap - 7$ in my country. You can also use old mmds converter for feed - you need to throw out all electronics from it and use only vibrator with convertor body. Hi, I think you need to specify an initial condition value for the capacitor you use in the multivibrator. This parameter is labeled "IC". You can find it in the capacitor's parameters. Try setting this parameter to 0 or to a value equal to the power supply's one.
Salam, This may help u Just replace the 4047 multi vibrator with its RC connection with your Atmel I've tested this circuit and it works it gives me 185 V RMS , but unfortanately i stoped further enhancements of this circuit but generally it is working well. Hope i've helped u

i am using a triggering module for single phase vibrator, this inductive load affects the zero crossing detection of the supply voltage,so i have an intermittent output voltage, and the control voltage 210v t0 230. i have used a lamp 100W in parallel and the problem solved but the heat generated by it is too high in the panel.

There are alot of disigns you can find in the net... The choice is depend on appication of your tag, what kind of polarisation, pattern of radiation you need etc. In one case it is more rational to use a vibrator antenna, in other - patch antenna. IMHO for 2.4MHz band the rectangular patch is the best choice. ;-) PS What simulator do you use?

Phone vibrators use a motor with off-centre weight. You could do the same thing, although to get 400Hz you need a motor that will go pretty fast (24,000 rpm). It also needs to have some decent bearings. The alternative is something solenoid based with a variable frequency drive. Keith.
