For clarification: are you using two 74192 and two 7447 devices? One counter can only reach 15 maximum and the 7447 can only drive one digit. We would have to know how you have them connected to be sure but the principle is to gate together the bits that make the number 19 (0001 1001) and when that bit pattern is matched, drive the "load" pin on

I have to realize a frequency divider with 60 using 74192. I input frequency of 60 Hz and tb to reach an 1Hz. Just to 74192.

I am building a digital clock timer using 74192 and 7447 decoder. Hertz is 1 (1 sec) clock. I think you can use up/down counters like 74192-3. It has two inputs which will trigger either the up counter or down counter. Use two LDR. One will be placed outside your car park and the other inside as this will indicate wether you are about to get in or when you are already in. Just see the specification sheet on how to use this IC.

When I simulate it for upcounting or downcounting individually i.e. with only one process at a time, it works fine. u do not need necessarily need micro-controllers for this purpose. It ccan be done by simple TTL IC chips. Tell me if you have any idea about counters, seven segment displays and seven segment display drivers?
