Hey, I want to do a phase modulation for an high frequency signal using ads. There is several Phase modulator in ads like: PM_ModTuned and PM_Mod (Time Modem). Hello, I want to find p1dB and P3dB in ads for my LNA. Should I plot Pout and Pin in a figure and plot a straight line to find deviation? In HB analysis, there is an option called as TAHB ( Transient Assisted harmonic balance). Use this option if your oscillator seems to be not working.
