Hello All, I have just started to make an ISP programmer for AT89SXXX. I am still in the learning process regards SPI and am testing the program enable request, but with no results. I'm designing an environmental thermometer so I need an accurate sensor. I was looking for it but I didn't found it. I wanna a sensor with almost 0.5% of accuracy of full scale (the scale goes from -20?C to 60?C). If you know anyone please tell me. Thanks

Any small mcu is OK for your application. If you prefer 8051 architecture, the at89s2051 is a perfect choice. If you prefer AVR architecture, the ATtiny45 or ATtiny26 are good choices. Both architectures have ISP capabilities and are supported by C compilers, development tools, etc.... Of course you can look also for similar PIC mcu. Any MCU w
hi I prefer at89s2051 look at the atmel website for datasheet the main advantages are you can drive 7segments displays directly low pin count, low cost & easily available. Regards Nandhu
