I havent really gone through the datasheet for LPC2148 but i can say that the chip hasnt got the built in CAN controller. Hello, For a mains LED lightbulb to be Triac dimmble, it must also not have large capacitance on the primary DC bus I presume?..or else it will ring with the filter inductor too much when the triac snaps on? eg pg 16 and 17 of this triac dimmable pwm controller datasheet shows small dc bus capacitance..
