I have done simulation of a combinational circuit (3-input nand gate) in cmos technology. The purpose is to find out the power dissipation and delay in the circuit. The simulation is done in ngspice. Now, I need to calibrate the simulation parameters in order to make sure whether simulation results match with the fabrication ones. Please let

I have a red LED and a photodiode mounted beside each other, I wish to build a circuit that can regulate the light intensity of the red LED to a fixed level(determined by the photocurrent seen by the photodiode beside the LED), how can I achieve that circuit as simple as possible.
