It's very uncommon to use an active band pass filter with a Q as low as 0.5 because you can realize it with a passive network. However, it should be possible with the MFB topology. If you have problems in finding the part values, use a filter design program (available via internet).

It depends on what's most important to you. One type might use less room, so if real estate is limited one will be more favorable. If you want DC isolation the Coupled line is good... One point of view is: Look at what your design tool has as examples. They typically give examples that correlate well with their simulations . Cheers

All is not lost. Here are some things to try: 1. Redesign your frequency scheme to use commercially made filter modules. 2. If that cannot be done, use the top coupled resonator topology. Have you looked in the design kits? Also if you have Gennesys you should look at their filter wizard, it is really helpful and easy to build filters. @ 14 GHz you might want to use something with a low εr. because the trace widths might be so small that you board maker can not make what you need i.e. if you need a trace that is (...)
