VA is total power, Watts is real power real power in your circuit performs WORK (i.e. useful output). some of your supply's input power does this work (hopefully most of it) but some goes off to perform other functions, such as "establishing the field" and so forth. total power = real power + reactive power S = P + jQ where the units
I would like to measure my harmonics in my LED driver. When I measured it in HSPICE, the harmonics frequencies are in the order of 1000k. Example,. first harmonic = 1k Hz, 2nd H = 2k Hz, so on and so forth. But my input is AC, my harmonics frequencies must be 60Hz, 120Hz, 180, so on and so forth. Please guide me how to measure harmonics in these
hi, i try to use forth processor and connect it to a memory,then i want to write a program which do arithmetic operations,write and read from memory but it's difficult to do.can anyone give me a source code and tell me how to transform it to .bin, because i searched but i don't find what i need.thanks
Hi Everyone, For past couple of weeks, I ran into a problem of getting a torque value at low strains. Actually, what I am doing is that I am applying a pressure or force on thick elastic compound while rotating the lower die to and forth using high precision motors. There is a transducer above the top die in order to read torque values. Now,
you can install to vista in xp compatibility mode. the 3d modeler has some bugs, though, the model view changes back and forth... it's hard to explain here...
Speakers are designed to play AC to drive the cone back and forth. Your transistor will drive the speaker with pulses of DC so the cone goes only in one direction. If the speaker is 8 ohms and the battery is 9V then the peak current in the transistor and in the speaker is roughly 9V/8 ohms= 1.125A which is too high for a little battery, a littl
I have used this tool for a while,and can't say it took my breath away. The biggest advantage is that it's an EM tool which work directly on your layout in cadence-so no need to do back and forth conversions (like say,importing to HFSS or ADS is also pretty comfortable as a layout synthesis tool,as it draws spiral inductors and transf
I say all of above... You have left out few major parts: 1) Schematic changes and "corrections" 2) Placement 3) Mechanical design (Outline, Position of connectors, MHs, Shields so forth...) Not having any of above steps finalized and agreed on can cause huge issues during layout. Cheers, M
HI everyone I want to design a forth active RC lowpass filter I use two second active RC filter acheive it , -3dB cutoff frequency is 2MHz the active is a good opamp it's stusture is a rail-to-rail opamp I select all the R and C is same value the -3dB cutoff frequency is 2MHz but the waveform is not perfect (input is a 2MHz pulse which rise
Oh, foxbei, I misunderstood, In that case, How about giving initial state? In sc circuit, the circuit is switched back and forth, as you said. And in the case of SC-amp, there are amplification phase & other phase. If you give initial state to the circuit for closed loop configuration, you can get DC analysis, I think. Regards.

Generally, parameters in the time domain help determine the lock time. For example, in GSM/EDGE, the system is TDMA, so the handset switched back and forth between transmit and receive. The timing on that determines the PLL lock time. In a CDMA system, the handset is full duplex, so the lock time is determined by base station to base station handof
I would just like to ask on how to implement a good comms system between a mobile robot and a personal computer, something that will send data back and forth? Is this possible? We are planning to build a mobile robot with a sensor system that can gather data from its surroundings and send it to the pc, we were just wondering what type of comms syst
hi, please can anay one tell me how to put 8 leds on port B and to make them turned on one by one using mikroc ,, i am using pic16f877a,and any one knows any books for explaining mikroc language thanks It goes back and forth.....Knight Rider style... unsigned int i=1; void main() { PORTB = 0; TRISB = 0; while(1){
Hi You will have to look some articles on spiral inductors. There are the traditional formulas on how to calculate the inductance of a straight wire and so forth. The problem with spiral inductors are that there are many lines in close proximety given a higher inductance due to mutual coupling(both positive and negative). There are some thing
I have some experience with high-altitude ballons. I think, extracting energy from the payload oscillation is a dead end. At altitude, there will not enough oscillation. Simply, there is not enough atmosphere to blow the payload back and forth. There might be some inclinometer data that says otherwise.
I have 4 parameters for optimization. 3 of them are from the same nature, and the fourth has different nature. how can i manage this problem in MATLAB? for instance, how can i change the forth every 4-5 generations? or: firstly maintain the forth and alter it after some genrations? thanks.
What is stand by "analog signal processing"? is it limited to anything related to transfer functions and so forth...? Do you have some materials about it ? Thanks.
Read through Matlab Help on Image Processing toolbox section, you can understand better by practising it...can see the result of each process, such as histogram equalisation, filtering, edge detection, and so forth...
For anyone who has a good 3d antenna simulation software and some time on their hands, would you mind verifying the antenna design put forth in the U.S. patent # 4274097. Let me know if it works! Thanks.
