When I run frequency domain solver with hexahedral. Simulation stopped and Message showed Materials with magnetic dispersion or magnetic conductivity in port regions are not supported. What ddoes it mean? Thanks!
What is your mesh definition? As your frequency is very high so proper and dense mesh must be used to get accurate results.
you can use time domain solver or frequency domain for this application. time domain will solve it quicker than frequency domain. you can use waveguide port for patch antenna.

Hello, What frequency are you operating at? For electrically large models, try using the I-solver. You could also try simulating the horn(if that is not too large) and monitor the fields around it (field source monitor).Then import the field source into a new simulation with the lens with it. That should save you some mesh in the models.

What is your transient solver? I think the periodic boundary condition are used in the frequency domain and commercial software can not solved structures with periodic boundary condition in the time domain.
