I am not an expert of antenna but but I wonder if it is possible to define the phase of source as some variable and then use that variable to sweep as this is possible in case of master slave boundary condition in hfss where we can define the phase delay as variable then sweep it to get the dispersion curve for RF structures.
I would use the parametric curve drawing feature in hfss to create the particular spiral and then sweep a small circle along the curve to create a wire object for additional analysis. Welcome quetranza, I haven't done this before, but I believe you'd have to create your own S-parameter curve definition in the hfss report. It's probably also best to de-embed both ports to the surface, such that you don't have to worry about phasing issues.
