How to optimize 3dB bandwidth in HFSS??

This has been puzzled me for a while. There's no such thing like a "3dB BW" in hfss. I understand you may watch the s11 curve and measure the portion higher than -10 dB for the bandwidth. But how can you optimize it? Is there a way to write an express in "output variable" to calculate the 3dB BW automatically? Thanks Add

How to get Qe from the phase of S11 in HFSS?

when designing a cavity resonator filter by KQ method in hfss v9.2, I simulate the single-port structure consists of the first resonator and the input port and get the phase of S11. I know we can directly get the Qe from the phase of S11 by the Macro in CST MWS. Could you tell me whether I can also directly get Qe from the phase of S11 in hfss?
