This circuit is really crappy since the DC-DC stage is voltage mode control with no current limit. Also, flux walking can occur with voltage mode control due to very small volt-second asymmetries between the two legs of the switching devices. There need to be individual gate drive resistors for all MOSFETs too. You can't just parallel their gates!

you must not connect a 12V inverter to a 24v battery, you will blow its fuse and if it did work for a few seconds it would produce twice the mains voltage that would burn out your PC and lights.
