I would suggest first to try a circuit without photodiodes - for example the inverter as shown in Fig. 13 of the data sheet. And then - if you have convinced yourself that the amplifier works correctly - try to use it as current-to-voltage converter.
The Mosfets in an inverter get hotter when the output power is higher. The IRFP064N Mosfets can conduct more heat into a heatsink so they can survive a higher output power than the smaller IRF3205 Mosfets. If you need only low output power then use the IRF3205 Mosfets.
A sine-wave or modified sine-wave converter was the subject of this thread. How did a square-wave converter get into the discussion? The circuits in post #1 which are all DC/DC converters will surely use square-wave. But we don't know about the intended inverter waveform.
