is it useless ncsu design kit , every time if i goto model basicmos.scs, then what is the imp of this ncsu DK?? can use tsmc model fiels ?? it showes undefined parameters for some of the symbols that are correspond to file tsmc.
ncsu 1.5 version is compatible with only ic5.1.41 or earlier. If you want to use ncsu with Cadence ic610 download the latest beta version of ncsu CDK available in the ncsu WEBSITE....
what is the tech lib you are using. Unless until you attach your design to a tech lib, parameters such as channel length and other things specific to the technology cannot be inferred by the tool. If you are using the ncsu CDK, then right click on your design library and attach it to the technology on which you wish to design you circuit. amar

hi iam using cadence IC5141 MSFB tool kit with default 600n technolgy file How do i add new technolgy file either 0.18u or 0.13u tech files is these files are freely available? I found this files in ncsu 1.5 kit but after inserting this kit, the tool says it does not supprt these files when i do DRC check how do i solve this problem please
