Create a file with .scs extension containing "save *:oppoint" and include it in Model libraries.

I did it by referring to the "Component Description Format User Guide" under Appendix B (Accessing Schematic Primitive Model and Operating Point). You have to customize towards your simulator. Also, my implementation caused oppoint displays to be corrupted after some time, so no guarantees that it actually works.
Hi, I'm facing a strange problem in virtuoso concerning the operating point at transient simulation. For pmos-transistors the values can be annotated/printed but for nmos-transistors there are no values stored. I was searching around for hours, but I have no idea, why they behave different. Do you have any suggestions? thanks in advance... b
Hi, I'm trying to plot the gds parameter of a MOS transistor during DC sweep. I have done "save M:oppoint" and simulation goes ok. Then from results browser I'm able to plot gds vs. the sweep parameter in wavescan. What I wanted to do next was to input this waveform in calculator, do some processing, namely namely get the reciprocal of it (1
vds-vth is for sure one of the DC oppoint parameters, the name can depend on your models Why do not you consult with the DC operating point parameters section in your models/technology documentation?
if youre using MMSIM6.2 and up, try save *:oppoint to save all swept parameters
if youre using MMSIM62 or higher, you can use save *:oppoint or save * sigtype=all

U should set the oppoint by the specs before hand calculation. And the hand calculation can help you to find the bias range.
The .noise statement in hspice is a DC operating-point-base frequency analysis statement. It doesn't suits for switched-capacitor circuits in which a steady-state oppoint doesn't exist.
