The diagram is worthless, can hardly read it. Besides the only clock I see in the picture is to a single FF for some reset sync block, this shows us nothing about how the clock is used in other parts of the design (or maybe this is the only place you use the clock?). BTW 1.89 ns is approximately 530 MHz, this is not easy to implement in a Virtex 6

i have fabricated TRL calibration kits for my design. however, i figured that it's not straight forward to do TRL calibration in the PNA E8358A. we need to add new calibration kit before using them to calibration. can anyone tell me how to do TRL calibration on E8358A? thanks in advance.
But is it also possible to use a power with bases different from 2? Quartus will tell you that it's not synthesizable. You can implement it as repeated multiply, of course only useful for small exponents or in a pipelined design. What do yo want to achieve? Under circumstances, it's better to use a precalculated table of powers.
Hello, I am using AD7730 IC to read load cell data. I am trying to calibrate AD7730 ic using MV generator.The output range is 0 to 20 mV in unipolar mode. The calibration procedure I have done is as follows:- 1) System zero scale calibration on 0 to 80mV range when Ain+ve and Ain-ve terminals are open. nothing will be connected here.after
I have this doubt generally in automotive field there are Power On self tests done like for example Memory test and other critical tests. But my doubt is this tests can fail during run time as well, then why specifically we do power on tests? Is there any specific reason attached to it? The probability of failure is more during power on?
