Hello.. I have read some multipath fading simulation codes. What makes me wonder is in all of them, fading is applied directly on mapped transmitted data (BPSK, qpsk, QAM, etc) without multiplying it with carrier signal. In real world, fading is occured in analog signal, not digital (I'm sorry if I use the wrong term, I hope you know what I mean

Hi! I need to simulate with Matlab a qpsk and 8PSK modulations using LDPC Coding. I need to obtain the theoricals graphs of the Eb/No and BER relationship for differents code rates and modulations (in fact, I need to obtain the graphs for Eb/No and BER relationship for a DVB-S2 system), but I can't find a BER formula for LDPC codes. I don't think BER will differ, gray coding allows the qpsk modulation and demodulation to divide as two parallel BPSK transceivers.
