I want to measure differential mode input impedance of true large signal differential driving. Target frequency is around 1GHz. How can I do this task ? I don't mean conversion from large signal single-ended driving like following. {s11, S12, S21, s22} -> {Sdd, Sdc, Scd, Scc}
s22 looks much worse than s11 on top of the S21 mentioned by FvM. I would be very suspicious of something on the output (assuming your line is good 50ohms for 10GHz).

S parameters define the behavior of RF Structure like for two port network s11 and s22 define the reflection at port 1 and port 2 and S12 and S21 define the transmission. Hi, I tried to have a LNA with the best value of performances for schematic and layout. The problem is that s11 and s22 are about -2 and -5 in the layout respectively. Your s11 is also too bad.. But your circuit has no impedance matching network ? How it will be improved ?? Check the intrinsic input and output impedances of the CasCode only first then apply proper matching networks to match to source and load.
