Where can I take a well-known training course on hardware design (fpga, vhdl, digital design, system design...) that may lead me to get a job as a hardware designer? (in Europe)
just take the signal from video output (if video card has one) and record by video grabber .
I am not aware of such a library, but of course you can do that in assembly. Probably the easiest way would be to do a lookup table (or more), seeing that log of any number below 10 is less than one and for the tens you just add 1, for hundreds 2, and so on. take your example: log 28= log (10*2.8)=log (10)+log (2.8)=1+log(2.8)=1.447

I am afraid there is no easy solution to this. However, before going and looking at a textbook, you may want to take a look at some primers and short course materials available online. The following page has lots of material, I suggest that you browse through it and follow some of the links.

There are two inputs in operational amplifier. If you apply your measured AC on "+" input of op. ampl. You can add offset voltage to "-" input. AC responce will be the same in dB, but are you sure you looked at the phase responce. It should be different. take (Vout+)-(Vout-) and do dB of it and you'll see it is not 0 - of course if you have put non-zero differential input.
You have very draft meshing (too low cells number) in port region. Increase the meshcells number in port region. But it is not without fail, if You need to take into account only one (main) mode at this port (of course, if You think that the current meshcells number is enough to right calculation of main port mode). take a look maybe here: of course You need use about 250W dual toroidal transformer. Output must be about 34 Volts, use 5 Amps diods and good caps 2x15.000uF/60V or better more... block 50Hz with 100nF caps and You will get good +/- 48Volts/3A Prices here in Poland (local shop)
