in transmission line analysis, usually the mismatch will cause reflection and a reflection coefficient can be calculated. what is the meaning of 10dB input match?
Do I understand right that your geometry is meant as a differential CPS without any embedding ground? That's rather unusual, because the E-field has effectively no bounds, so you get an open, leaky transmission line structure. I get a differential impedance of about 122 ohm with a different tool, however.

I can do one of two things, I think. I did some simulations of transmission lines of different lengths in Sonnet. I then exported the .s2p files in Touchstone format. Can I import those .s2p files into Agilent ADS and run some unit step or something to see the skew? If yes then how do I set that up? I'm new with ADS. Frequency range is 1-10
