For toner transfer you don't need ultraviolet lamp.There are plenty of videos on youtube which will guide you about "toner transfer" method. You will need a Laser Printer and glazed paper for that.

Hello! I did it once. In fact, the circuit I built was an ultraviolet measurement device. An UV sensor produces a current. I used a LED instead, and the behavior looks the same, so I think the easiest way would be to use the LED as a current generator and use an op-amp as a current / voltage converter. This would give you something linear.

Back around 1900 when electricity and ultraviolet radiation became well known there were all sorts of patent medical treatments using them. The reason this is not used today is that it does not work, not because it is a new idea.
You can not compare infrared sensor with ultraviolet sensor, as both have been designed to sense different frequencies. If you are looking for a UV sensor have a closer look at UV Photodiode TW30SX (link in my previous post). Regards, IanP

The normal method is to use transparencies and use an ultraviolet light to transfer this to board that has photo resist layer. Very good results can be had.
I know one chemical complex that works almost like this. It works only when it is wet (but water steam in air is usually adequate) and in normal light it looks like yellow, with little "blink" or "reflex". In ultraviolet it emite green-yellow light. It is called fluoresceine, checkout some chemical books.
I need to build a circuit using Photodiode that will receive light from ultraviolet incandescent lamp (50/60 Hz line voltage), amplify and filter the signal and give dc output depending on the amplitude of the light.
